[TxMt] GetBundles timeout/deadlock error?

I'm starting to try out GetBundles, but I see the following error in its log:

Timeout while connecting Bundle Server

What could cause this?  I've deleted Bundles/GetBundles.tmbundle and 
reinstalled with svn co, but the same thing happens...
