[TxMt] GetBundles Problem

Whenever I try to run GetBundles Get Bundles command I get the error 
message:

/bin/bash: line 14: ~/Library/Logs/TextMateGetBundles.log: cannot 
overwrite existing file

If I delete the above file then the Get Bundles command will run once 
and then the error occurs again.

I have just been upgraded to TextMate 1.5.8 (1498)

Any suggestions ?
