[TxMt] Problem installing Ruby on Rails bundle

I am running Textmate on Snow Leopard. I've got the Ruby on Rails bundle in
my ~/Library/Application Support/Textmate/Bundles directory. However,
Textmate does not seem to see it? Any ideas...thanks in advance
