I was going to make the exact same comment. I use the ACK bundle, which
seems to be doing something very similar to Hypersearch, just using ACK
under the hood. But in both cases what you get is a new window with HTML
content listing the occurrences of what you are looking for and links to
where they were found. This is fairly different from a "highlight usages in
files" function, which is to be found in many other editors and IDEs.
