What worked for me:
1. remove any Latex.tmbundle in ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/ 
Bundles (thus reverting to the original bundle)
2. Somewhere in ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/ (I think  
Support/lib……) is a file called tm_interactive_input.dylib -- rename  
that to whatever you want
3. Rename /Applications/TextMate.app/Contents/SharedSupport/Support/ 
lib/tm_interactive_input.dylib to whatever you want
