[TxMt] Re: Problems with Typesetting on Snow Leopard

I'm sorry but I think I'm not able to figure that out ;)  I recognized
that if I first start "Run Makeindex" and then push the "Re-Run
pdflatex" the typesetting works, unfortunately Preview does not open
automatically the .pdf file.
