Speculating, but I don't think textmate 2 will support ftp directly.   
it isn't really in TextMate's problem domain.  However, it _is_ in  
[expandrive]'s problem domain.  this lets you mount your ftp server as  
a disk on the file system.  a similar (but free) solution is [macfuse]/ 
sshfs.
