[TxMt] Fwd: Missing "New From Template"

I sent out this e-mail a while ago but no one responded so I will try again.
 And after playing around with Textmate for a bit I noticed several
templates are missing from File > New From Template, menu.  I made sure they
were not being filtered.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with 1.5.8 on
a my OS X 10.5.6 system, but no difference.

I just recently noticed that if I go to...File...New From Template, Ruby is
no longer present.  How do I add it or other templates (such RSpec) into
this sub-menu?
