I haven't used it, but based on what I see in the demos, it should be  
safe to modify bundles from anywhere. You might not want to do it with  
TextMate running in multiple locations, but you probably can.

If something is modified from two places and there's a conflict, I  
think drop-box lets you know by changing the file's icon. So, if  
you're going to manage bundles willy nilly from all over the place,  
you might want to periodically look at the folder in DropBox to make  
sure there are no conflicts.
