Actually this means that /Applications/Textmate.app/Contents/ 
SharedSupport/Support/lib/ is not up-to-date. You can make a svn  
checkout.

But I guess you can simply comment out that line in Scratch from cur  
Sel/Line.
This is AFAIK not needed.
