well, it looks like you chmod'ed your /usr/local/bin/ directory to
777. “exec” actually shows this warning, so I wouldn't be surprised
if you get this warning when running commands from the shell as well.
the simple fix is to (in Terminal):
sudo chmod 755 /usr/local/bin
