Actually I just did a plug-in for this, by request. http://ciaranwal.sh/files/FindHistory.tmplugin.zip
With it installed you can use Control and up/down to move through the  
previous values in the find and replace fields. This has the benefit  
that it also works when in multi-line mode ;)
