[TxMt] LaTeX: Makeindex for nomencl

I have the following command for calling Makeindex for nomencl.

I call it manually with command+option+m. Variables NOMCL_IN and  
NOMCL_OUT have to be defined in your project.

Not very elegant and but it works.
