If the binary files have a certain extension, yes. Right-click the  
file in the project drawer then select the “Treat files with «ext» as  
Binary”. If it is already saying it is treated as binary, select it  
twice, just to make the choice explicit (the default choice shown is  
based on a heuristic that looks at the file content, if it does not  
know the extension).
