[TxMt] Converting VIM colorschemes to TextMate

Hello all,

I am wondering if there is a way to automatically convert a VIM
colorscheme to a TextMate "Fonts & Colors" file.
The colorscheme in question is the ever-popular Zenburn
(http://slinky.imukuppi.org/zenburn/).
