[TxMt] Latex problem with the script python Typset

I try this :

     texin,tex = os.popen4(ltxcmd+" "+shell_quote(texfile))
     print tex.read()

I know that is stupid and i've a fatal error but i've the .pdf file

I think there is a problem around popen4 . Some friends have the same  
  but with OS X.4, I work with Leopard.
