[TxMt] Syntax highlighting for html.erb

With an html.erb file open, press Control + Option + Shift + R.
This will set the syntax type for all *.html.erb files to HTML (Rails).

Alternatively, the trunk Rails bundle already knows about  
the .html.erb files.
