[TxMt] way to make a certain file edit as an xml

Sure.  Open up the .glade file in Textmate, then hit CTRL + Option +
Shift + X, and then choose "XML" from the menu that pops up.  Then you
are in the "context" of editing the current file as XML.

Be sure to go to the menu "Bundles > XML" to see what goodness
Textmate has in store for you in XML.
