[TxMt] LaTeX - opening PDFs

I'm also running Version 1.0.2 (v20) of Skim, Version 1.5.7 (1455) of  
TextMate, Leopard (10.5.1) and like Haris I cannot reproduce the  
problem but like Paul my texMate.py has "refreshViewer" defined on  
line 122.

Sometimes I have an alert message about refresh but not in this case.
