[TxMt] Can't get <%= %> keyboard shortcut on PowerBook G4

ah sorry, i am confused.i thought you mean you can jump from one <% %> to
another with that combination, but the title sais something else, or at
least my poor english understands something else. so it's ok here, works
like in the title and i get <%= %>.
maybe the keyboard is not set to english.
