[TxMt] can't open certain files from my project drawer

Jesper,

Try this, put an ERB file in your drawer, right click (option+click)  
and choose "Treat files with '.erb' extension as Text"

Then textmate will open them up in itself from now on.  I don't know  
which version you are running, I know i'm running bleeding edge stuff  
so it may not be available in stable.
