[TxMt] Open a URL?

Is there any other keystoke or bundle command to do this?  On my
PowerBook's keyboard I can use fn-return, but my external keyboard
doesn't have an ENTER key.  (Actually, it only has an "Enter" key, but
that's treated as a RETURN by my PowerBook.)
