[TxMt] Ctrl+Tab Problems with Switching to/from Project Drawer

Thanks Hans! That's a great way to check for conflicts. I had a 3rd  
party bundle that mapped a keyboard shortcut to this particular combo.  
I never use the bundle, so I just disabled it and now it works.
