[TxMt] Can't get Textmate to use Skim as a PDF viewer

I tried changing TM_LATEX_VIEWER to Skim.app and got the same result.

Also, the machine on which Textmate/Skim do the right thing is running
exactly the same version of Textmate as the one on which they don't.
