[TxMt] "interpreter failed: No such file or directory" when using commands

If I select both lines I get:

    #!/usr/bin/env sh
    echo foointerpreter failed: No such file or directory

If I just select the second line I get

    echo foofoo

If I do command-R instead of ^R, it returns foo.
