Thank you for your response to this. Sorry it took me so long to thank
you (the message got sucked into a filter and dropped into a folder
I've been ignoring...very sorry) but your instructions worked
perfectly. Thanks for sending that FAQ. I hadn't come across that yet
and it has been very valuable.
