[TxMt] Ctrl-Esc on Leopard

On my MBP 2.2 it sounds the systembell. Checked the text-to-speech
key: it was set to Ctrl-Esc. Changed it to ctrl-shift-esc. Now
Ctrl-Esc does work in TM.
