[TxMt] Ctrl key and shortcuts cease working

I’ve had numerous keyboard problems since using Leopard. Though either  
I lose some of the special keys on the numeric key pad (like volume or  
zoom in/out) or I have to actually disconnect my keyboard and plug it  
back in.
