[TxMt] Is the following pdfsync-instruction right?

I think it should be enough to just install a newer version in your  
local texmf tree, any such version should take precedence over  
TextMate's built in package.

That said, i just updated the LaTeX bundle to include the newest  
pdfsync.sty.
