[TxMt] svn commands failing after updating to Version 1.5.5 (1372)

Have you quit and restarted TextMate since this started happening?  
Have you logged out/restarted?

For some reason your environment doesn't have the HOME variable set.  
How did you launch your TextMate session?

Can you try the above?
