So, how have you set up TeXShop to compile your programs? Do you use  
a particular engine to execute it? If not, what are the general  
engine settings in TeXShop?

Do you have multiple latex installations present? How did you install  
latex?

Please send me your files off-list when you get a chance.

Btw, only major changes to the bundles are recorded in the release  
notes. In fact there has been a number of changes to the bundle, but  
they were not deemed significant enough to include in the release notes.
