[TxMt] Ruby commenting across multiple lines - how do I do this???

A general tip about finding functionality: Press ⌃⌘T (Bundles →  
Select Bundle Item…) and enter a search term, like ‘comment’ —  
this will find Comment Line on ⌘/ (which also works with a selection).
