Well, not "everything", just resetting TM_LATEX_MASTER when the  
project is moved, but I get your point, you shouldn't have to do that.

option 2 should probably be the one that we should make work, so I'll  
look into it, but if you can send me a test project it would help a lot.

Btw, purely out of curiosity, why is your master file in a subfolder?
