[TxMt] LaTeX bundle problem

Ok, nevermind about the "Malformed UTF-8 sequence", I don't know what I
did wrong the first time, but now it works.
I still believe that the incompatibility with Latin 1 should be
investigated, and I can provide assistance. Just have to tell me what to do.
