[TxMt] Pinstripe column guides [feature request]

Note: that only works in a few languages. ASP.net, Prototype
Javascript & Ruby Experimental.
It's super-easy to add to almost anything else though.
I'll probly add it as an injected scope option somehow in TM2.0
