[TxMt] LaTeX Bundle - dvi - ps - pdf

I don't know exactly what for, but the Typeset & View command takes  
care of the PSTRICKS package to dtermine what compiler to choose.

Inserting /usepackage{pstricks} in your preamble may get TextMate to  
dvi->ps->pdf your work.
