[TxMt] How to unbind ^J from "Reformat and Justify"

As far as I can see, it's a menu item in Text » Reformat And Justify.
You should be able to change it to something else in System
Preferences » Keyboard (see attached screenshot).

Keep in mind that:

a) the name of the menu item has to be *exactly* the same in Keyboard
Preferences
b) you have to restart TextMate for the setting to work.

I have just tested it (see second attached screenshot) and it works as expected.
