Thanks for the hint. It works ;)

I will rewrite the code now and post a diff against the latest  
tm_dialog release.

To invoke such a panel:
tm_dialog -I open
tm_dialog -I save accessory.nib
...
-I stands for --internal-panel

One question: Which panels (NSOpenPanel, NSSavePanel, NSFontPanel,  
etc.) would make sense to include?
