[TxMt] HTML Indexing for real

Sure, it's an easy tweak. The ol that's inserted with one of the
indexing commands is missing the slash on the closing tag, so I'll be
updating the bundle tonight. I'll include your request as well.
You might want to check any code that's been created to make sure you
have proper closing tags... sorry about that.
