[TxMt] SQL Bundle: Database Browser with Postgres shows error message

Ah! I saw references to the psql binary in the bundle code, but
figured that was some Ruby-ism that allows you to make modules that
work like shell programs. Will future versions of the bundle use
libraries instead of external programs?
