[TxMt] Hyperlink helper: wiki link

Oh, and do let me know if it's a decent solution, I'll make my first  
SVN commit ;).  If there's a more elegant way than a manual gsub, I'm  
curious.  None of the escape routines seem to play nice with the open- 
uri library, which doesn't like escaped single quotes.
