[TxMt] Build Citation Error

I pasted this into a new bib file, and it works fine for me, so there  
must be something wrong with your setup. Do you specify the bib file  
via TM_LATEX_BIB or regularly? Is it in the same directory as the  
file you are compiling? Does the opt-esc completion command work for  
you?
