[TxMt] Blogging bundle -- MT Categories

Ah, but Typo and WordPress handle category assignment differently  
from MT. With MT, a second "mt.setPostCategories" XMLRPC request is  
required to assign categories for a post. Frankly, I'd rather fix  
this in MT itself and plan to do so with the next release.
