[TxMt] Feature-Request: non-scrolling line numbers

Yes, everyone wants a static gutter.
I can't imagine anyone not wanting a static gutter.

There will be no changes to this until TextMate 2.0 ships sometime in  
the distant future.

What I really want is a customizable gutter.
To be able to define in with a command or syntax or something what  
shows up in the gutter.
That way you could dynamically show the diff status of that line as  
you type.
Or you could marke likes that have compiling errors or syntax errors  
from your validation command.

All kinds of crazy stuff.
