[TxMt] rails bundle keystroke sanity check (new to TM)

It looks like the "problem" is that the bundles context was set to  
Ruby, because (rightly so) it is a .rb file.  I wonder if it ought  
not assume Ruby on Rails though given the directory structure its  
found in?
