[TxMt] how to select blocks of text, as in this screencast

Hello,

I saw in this screencast:

referenced from this page:
  <http://blog.macromates.com/2006/graceful-objective-c-snippets/>

a block of text being selected (two times, in fact). It appears the
text being selected is between curly braces. I looked through the
Bundle Editor and also the "show all commands" dump but did not locate
the command. Any ideas out there? Thank you!
