[TxMt] Latex not found

Hi James

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately it still says "pdflatex not found".
I've googled myself into utter confusion trying to find out what I should
put in the environment.plist file, but nothing has come close to working.

The real question is why did it stop working in the first place and how can
it be fixed at the bundle level?

Any help welcomed
