[TxMt] Textmate hangs

I sent Erik a fix for this which seems to have stopped the crashes – I  
don’t know what is causing this particular situation to occur for Erik  
and nobody else, but it might be safest for current users to update  
anyway – the link at http://ciaranwal.sh/2007/11/29/svnmate-update is  
now the fixed version.
