If you install at the user level, modifications to bundles will affect 
the files themselves.  If you are picking up changes from SVN, but not 
contributing your changes back, then this will cause merge conflicts. 
If you instead put the bundles in /Library, personal changes  will be 
saved as diffs, instead, and the svn bundles can continue to be updated, 
hopefully without conflicts.
