[TxMt] Bibdesk Completion freezes TM. Why? Sort of fixed

For CocoaDialog windows, these can be hidden behind a TM window, and  
they will not show with Expose. Windows created with tm_dialog does  
not have that problem, and we’re slowly moving stuff to that system.
